Shipping & Returns

Freight:

Unless otherwise stated, freight and all other shipping fees will be charged for all shipments.  The consignee must pay all taxes, duties, and any extra charges incurred due to special handling by the carrier.  Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier.  If product is damaged in transit, consignee must file a claim with the carrier.

Returns, Cancellations & Restock Fees:

• A return request must be submitted within ninety (90) days of receipt of shipment.
• Returned items must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused and resalable condition.
• All returns should reference the Return Authorization Number.
• All returns must be received within thirty (30) days of the Return Authorization date.
• All standard returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
• After receipt and final inspection of the parts, credit will be issued.
